This was so good, I forgot how good corned beef and pastrami are, especially together. Add a little cheese and toast it in the oven, delicious!
You will need:
- french bread or any good poboy bread
- creole mustard or country dijon
- red onion, slivered
- corned beef
- thin slices of tomato
- provolone slices
Get a good, light coat of mayo on the inside of the bread. Add a little mustard, and spread that out, too.
Sprinkle on the red onion and pepperoncini’s. Layer the corned beef and pastrami.
Add the tomato slices, then the provolone cheese.
Toast in the oven till the cheese is melted.
