Cooking a beautiful filet of salmon, lightly smoked on the grill….What a delicious treat!
We did a quick, cool smoke (about 225 degrees) on the grill, for about an hour. Our thermostat on the grill is going out, so, sometimes it pays to pay attention to how quickly the item is cooking. On this day, it seemed to go pretty fast. The salmon picked up a light smokey flavor, just right!
Lemon zest, garlic, pepper, and dried dill.
One 3 pound filet of salmon, topped with seasonings and panko crumbs.
